We are pleased to inform you that we have lined up another group of excellent presenters for the 3rd INGLLE on Sept. 5th (Sat.)

This time, we first time welcome a Finnish scholar, Dr. Marita Rautiainen, Asst. Professor from LUT University, Finland, an expert researcher of family business, she will be sharing with ICC Community, first time ever, a case of a Finnish enterprise of 300 years old.

Another novel research is on Mukoyoshi (son-in-law) system of Japan, which had facilitated the business succession of LLE in the history of Japan. Mokoyoshi traces its record back to Medieval Age of Japan. Currently as well, it is widely used in major family LLE, such as Toyota, Suzuki, Nitendo, etc.

Dr. Jung WookShim, a Korean scholar at Kansai University spent years and empirically tested the hypothesis of Mukoyoshi being a crucial factor for succession.

Dr. Toshio Araki and Dr. Shiming Xia of the Professional College of Arts and Tourism located near the famous Kinosaki-Hotspring, globally known as its unique regional bond to share the hot-spring water resources for the community survival despite of the competing relationships, visualizes the mechanism of coexistence that lies underneath.

There are cases and analysis in the presentations, in order to make them useful and meaningful, we need rich discussion for each presentation, if you are interested to become a discussant to any of the above, please indicate your intention by registering in our website or directly contact us:
